As promised, here are a few live mp3s from the Karl Hendricks Trio's first Boston appearance since 1996, opening for Silkworm at Great Scott in Allston a few weeks back. I'm on the verge of booking a solo trip to D.C. in late February for the Teenbeat Records 20th Anniversary bash, which includes reunions from Versus, Unrest, Tuscadero, and Eggs. I'm hoping to get my indie-geek on by blogging the whole thing, recording and photographing each night, posting it here the following morning from wireless hotspots around the capital. That's the plan anyway. So in that (silver) vein, here's a little live Versus, transferred from a beat-up cassette late last night. Sound quality is marginal, so I've picked just a few (older) tracks... if you're into getting the whole thing, lemme know.
