Occupying my time: Work, work, and more work. With the move (and my preoccupation with same) behind me, I've discovered a scary amount of job-related motivation. I've gotten more done (and learned more) in the past three days than I have in the past couple months. Freaky. Occupying my mind: The Book on Bush - How George W. (Mis)leads America by Eric Alterman & Mark J. Green by . Yes, our country is worse off then you already think it is. Occupying my ears: The new Stereolab, Margerine Eclipse. Oh my goodness. The 'Lab I knew and loved is so very back. Their most cohesive album since 1996's Emperor Tomato Ketchup, and I just can't stop listening to it. Very odd that the tragic loss of Mary Hansen brought out their best work in years. I still love The Onion. So right on. |
