So I just swapped out my old site search (over there in the lower left column) for the free and vastly improved Google Site Search, which will quickly look through all archived Almanac posts and pages for ya.
However, since most people either use Google Deskbar, the Google site itself, or their browser's address bar for global searches, I slimmed down the code to remove the radio buttons and extra text. Here's the results for ya... Just cut and paste to your blog template, change what you'd like (textbox size, font, description, or button label), and when you replace the text "yourdomainname.com" with your full address, be sure to leave out the "http://". Republish your template and you're good to Google. |
