My nearly two-year project to digitize & share the 1992 Sub Pop Vermonstress Festival finishes up with an 11-song set of riff-rock from Austria-by-way-of-NYC's H.P. Zinker. I'm not all that familiar with 'em, so most of the song titles are missing from the mp3s... if you're a Zinker fan, feel free to fill me in.
This last set joins previously-posted performances from Codeine, Come, Drop Nineteens, Velocity Girl, Crow, Pond, Six Finger Satellite, Green Magnet School, Sloan, Giant Sand, Barbara Manning, Eric's Trip, and Chris Harford. Unfortunately, the tape that contained the Buffalo Tom & Gravel sets was loaned out years ago, never to return. I'll probably keep the entire fest up for just a couple more months, so grab 'em while ya can. Now that I've finished sharing Vermonstress, I'll be going through lots more old cassettes and picking the best ones for the same treatment... Labels: livemp3s |
