60 degrees in shortsleeves. February 26th, 2002. Middle of Winter. Downtown Boston. Walking straight down Newbury Street into the sun at 4pm. Beaming like a fool, carrying a bag full of cds to mail out to radio stations. Life's not bad right about now.
How about a few links to keep you going? Sure... THE STAND G.T. & GLEN NEVOUS My fine Canadian friends The Stand GT have a website, and their hell-of-a-guy lead guitarist-singer Chris Page has a solo project, Glen Nevous, with a new album. Guide to Lock Picking Wow... this is amazingly easy to learn. Not even sure I should be spreading this around... ah, what the hell. Could come in handy if you're stuck somewhere ;) RU OK w IM? An article on the Network World Fusion website about the pros and cons of Instant Messaging in the business world. Firewalls vs. the Bad Guys A short Washington Post article about personal firewalls. Not real in-depth, but an ok intro for the uninitiated. Author George Pelecanos' site The web presence of one of my favorite contemporary mystery authors. He's coming to Boston soon for some readings. |
