So the cafeteria upstairs has bacon for breakfast every morning. 30 cents a strip. This is not a good thing. I am being tested. You see... I don't eat much bacon... hell, I generally stay away from any kind of pig or cow derivatives... but there's something about the crunchy goodness of well-done bacon... mmm... ok, enough! Damn you, easy bacon access!
I woke up this morning with this out-of-nowhere sore throat... like a swollen gland kind of thing. After many liquids and advils, it's remains. I think it's because my inner voice asked "hey, am i actually feeling completely healthy?" the other day. Big mistake. I don't think these stupid Centrum's are helping at all.
So it's Valentine's Day. Keeping Hallmark in business. Y'know, people shouldn't need a day for this... a reminder of how they're supposed to treat their special someone. It should be every day. No taking for granted allowed. But there's no harm in getting swept up in it, really. Amie and I are going out to dinner... but we do that all the time. This is just an excuse to do it on a weekday. ;)
Posting only four links seems inadequate after the link-avalanche of the past couple weeks, but here goes... pay attention, now!
Joe Szilagyi's site revamp
At long last, Joe's done a little redesigning of his personal site, and has made a newfound commitment to regular updates. Go, Joe!
Medal of Honour - Allied Assault review
OooooOOooo... this game looks better and better with every review. I think I must buy it. It's from the folks who made 'SIN', and I loved that game.
Die, Jaywalker! Die!
How about a little mindless time and pedestrian killing on your PC? Sure!
AiT/PlanetLar site overhaul
Larry and Mimi Young's publishing empire site gets a whole new look. Visit, click, and buy. Their books do not disappoint. Spacesuits, too!
