I love little coincidences.
I surf on over to the Fort Apache website for the first time in many months, and lo and behold, Gary Smith posted a lengthy news update sometime today. Lots of information to take in, so give it a click and get with it. There's various and sundry about their Bellows Falls, Vermont relocation, Gary's new "history shop", Historea, and news about in-the-works projects from Juliana Hatfield, Bill Janovitz, Tanya Donelly, and Natalie Merchant. Of particular interest is this bit... I can tell you that Bill (Janovitz) finished a project with Graham Parker, Kate Pierson, and Robin Zander recently which is a collection of Lennon/McCartney songs that the Beatles never released. The release date for this amazing thing is April 8th and you can learn more about it at www.billjanovitz.com.Holy mackerel... I hadn't even heard about that! Can't wait to check it out. ![]() |
