A dream triple bill if ever there was one... and it's really happening.
Actually, there's seven bands in all at this April 30th benefit for Easthampton's Community Resources for People with Autism. Doors open at 5pm that Friday night at Smith College's Greene Hall, and the music starts at 6. Tentative order of the bands... Chemical WeddingApparantly tickets can only be snagged at Northampton's Turn It Up! or Easthampton's Night Owl Records, but Turn It Up! doesn't have any yet, and doesn't know when they're getting 'em. Night Owl is taking pre-orders, though, so get on the phone to (413) 527-2444 and put your name down. They'll take your credit card info and charge you $19.50 per ticket ($18 plus $1.50 non-refundable service charge)... a bargain at any price. There's room for 2000 people in the hall, and it's general admission. Think it'll sell out? You betcha. Two of those tickets are now mine... Westward, ho!  |
